The consultants at Pro Formance are available to come and instruct your Minor Hockey Association or Junior Hockey organization. Many associations offer their coaches support in attaining coaches training as provided by Hockey Canada, but very few offer any coaches training on how to properly work with goalies. As any good coach recognizes, a strong goaltender can make all the difference between a team that has potential and a team that realizes that potential.   Coaches Training Pro Formance has developed a training curriculum designed to prepare Coaches to properly instruct goaltenders. Learning how to teach positioning drills, puck handling drills, warm up drills, and rebound control skills can better prepare your goalie to face the challenges of the position. We can arrange to conduct Coach training sessions over 2 or 3 sessions and can instruct up to 20 coaches simultaneously. Sessions will be arranged on your home associations ice.
